Kidney Stones In Women

To my surprise, because I have never written these things, "Rose" on the blog, the event that happened a few days in London with a new link "real" caused a geographical union of heavily distinct and different from all the world but with similar origin, and that is when the guy who married the other day be king, it will be not only the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, but it will be king: Canada in North America, of Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Grenada, Jamaica, St. Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in Central America and Caribbean, or Australia, New Zealand ( and Cook Islands), Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea and Tuvalu in Oceania. This means that "reign" over 200 million people and not the 70 million I thought, that is, UK.
All are part of the Realms of the Commonwealth or better known as Commonwealth Realms, here explanation. It was a curious discovery geographical because I also realize that although many countries know and at this point and have counted on this blog, all the New Kingdom, I've only seen a part of the UK! We will have to put the batteries and travel more!

point and end? Farewell

still remember the day September 11, 2001, this blog did not exist but I was starting my particular world tour that day was crossing the Rio de la Plata from Argentina and Uruguay to reach the Central Station bus Montevideo (Buquebus crossing to Colonia del Sacramento) I saw on TV " oriental plane crashing into a tower ... I thought they put sci-fi films stations in the country, nothing is further from my mind, that day changed the world.
Ten years later, again I crossed a tongue of water of the Yellow Sea between China and Korea, this time if I'm really in the Orient, and half an afternoon watching a wifi internet cafe I found surprising news as a decade ago ... I find many parallels between that situation and it: a few hours in a new country, a surprising news and a coffee shop again!
if not be the end of an era or will it mean for our safety and freedom of movement to step over borders, only then is that today, I visited 46 countries, and I continue to have those experiences here, I hope this is not a deterrent from now! but above all to fester Peace and good, as always says Biciclown! : D

Cubefield Game Full Size

...

Yesterday we decided to go outside of downtown, and the first stop was the famous Chipperfield draft of Ehwa Women's University, the grand staircase under which things happen, and whose sides are the lecture hall This new annex building schools around English or American style, with a roof garden well maintained. It was worth the visit, despite being some distance, then through the center we visited one of the most touristic streets with typical market for turisteo own burdens but not China. Then we have approached the Gangnam area to see some projects of young architects study South Koreans, Mass Studies! A constructive marvel each of the examples we have seen, though the store was something Ann forsaken of God, its facade plant was in bad shape, maybe the weather, maybe lack of attention. Finally walk through the area, visited the dining room and typical Korean food as of today, a very full day with a great sunny day!

Downtown Seoul in Seoul

At last the time has changed in Seoul, and yesterday was a great sunny day and lively in the city, so we decided to go downtown to visit, there were several places of interest that did not disappoint, nor food koreana . First we went to the City Hall Square where we saw one of the most representative ancient palaces of the city, to link to our trip north with the main avenue that links it to what would be "the forbidden city of Seoul" or , Gyeongbokgung Palace, to be seen on the streets that was lively and had many children and people walking, more than usual!, so since the day we decided to go to one of the most ambitious urban projects in the city, the rehabilitation of Cheonggyecheon canal, linking the area of the palaces with Dongdaemun and still continues a bit more, this channel in the middle trench dela city, has won a lot in life and attractive with the brilliant intervention of green areas and changing margins that invigorate the city and entertain tourists and pedestrians, simple but very successful. Upon reaching the square Dongdaemun, we could see the Zaha Hadid project with the same name, a behemoth bent still under construction and landscape intervention on the ruins found very nice as well as a small museum of history remembered in space and material vitra the station, but with the evolution of curves and time, much more refined and any angle, interesting coffee there, but the building of the cafeteria seemed the least successful ones built.
Finally, a visit to the Seoul Tower on Namsan Park, to try to see the city from above, but a light mist, made us give up, at the end from the base of the tower to the cable car that goes up and gave us good idea of what it saw, and left it like that. An intense day ended with a dinner of rice and chicken fried octopus, very good, to close at a session of Jazz Live Jazz Club in Seoul, highly recommended place to visit in this city. Undoubtedly a great day.

Soon we could see because of the flood, organize the visitasde today and for our university district to the north, we could walk the streets and enjoy some bars and restaurants of very good Korean BBQ. Today it is sunny and we can finally able to visit the city!

Chongqing, the 3 Gorges Dam

Another
of the reasons for my visit to Chongqing was trying to better understand the major hydropower project in China's interior and largest in the world today ( imag01) since I was 10 years ago and visiting Itaipu in Brazil, which today is the second world's largest dam, and was impressed enough.
Unfortunately there was no way to see it live while in Chongqing just three days, so I had to settle for visiting the huge Three Gorges Museum "in People's Square in the city, where if I see the scale of this spectacular feat of engineering (imag0203).
What also can be seen there, along with more history of the city in different plants, the entire area has been affected by the dam.
It was a fairly rich in archaeological sites dating back thousands of years, that "luck" were excavated and removed from there in a hurry, at least the most important, to take them to museums with displays and stores and so you will not be forgotten by history under the new waters of this dam. The museum is free and closes at five o'clock, and well worth visiting at least the first floor, which is directly related to this work, the others are other issues, sometimes very different, for example, the strength of the city in World War II to the dreaded Japanese invasion with the help of the Americans! the less amazing!
And that not everything is prey, an image of the Piazza del Popolo they had two girls to learn to skate game (imag04), very funny!

Chongqing, historical center

I put the title to put some input as to what the older part of town has historic center, is what I astronaut .
In the south of the main island of Chongqing, crammed into a few streets littered poorly managed, very old houses and sometimes unhealthy, along with growing housing towers less pleasing to the eye and are gaining ground at the most ancient in the city, and that leaves us amazing pictures of another time (imag01), with street markets (imag02) and almost disappeared offices also house full of neighbors games (imag03).
The urban fabric of this area is zero, hugs the hills as you can, and only in some points we can spot the yellow river is so close, and that little can be enjoyed as the traditional houses of the city , a Chinese version of the hanging of Cuenca, has disappeared in most of the city, I guess because of the poor structural stability today.
The walk through this area is more than recommended to remember what life was like in this urban setting decades ago, and as a contrast to its brutal and fast growth in recent years. That is why I take to make an image more of the things I saw and each judge what you think, for me it was really overwhelming sometimes.

Chongqing urban chaos

visit to this inland city in China was mainly to observe closely the uncontrolled urban development that has led in recent years to be one of the largest cities in the world still unknown the rest of the planet.
A to be?
Simply put, the massive displacement of all the inhabitants of the river near the river
illo love, according to some sources two cities and twelve towns, the creation of the world's largest dam, but will not put more concrete data because surely I equivocate, nor exactly how many millions of people have had to land in this chaotic city.
All this has caused has had to build much in a short time, escarpadísimo ground, with an unusual density. Especially in the downtown area, the main island that is surrounded by two rivers, there are hundreds of buildings hive of hundreds of tiny feet housing apartments (imag01) seriation
balconies
inert and inhuman treatment (imag02), leaving their prints in the rugged hills
as curious as
these (imag03) or as dramatic as these other (imag04). The most surprising thing is that they continue to build to a brutal speed, and I could see buildings from major highways (imag05), but above all and most spectacular, a future Urban Planning Museum in the city that houses dozens of models of entire infrastructure city that will build over the next 20 years!. Chongqing is a city where public transport is reduced to a few lines (if not only, really) underground which is also in some places as high as in Bangkok, in other underground, and others in the field but outside. That means that the city is infested jams at all hours, there are no bicycles for their relief, and that motorcycles are a real nightmare. The city has no obvious historical center even if there is a more or less clear zone oldest I will discuss in another entry.
The feeling is that there are missing opportunities to address urban extreme situations for the health of its inhabitants, who are passing slowly before them, and yet, not taken into account and continues to be built at a blistering pace for So this city few years can be anything but livable if not taken now, or at least that's the feeling at first sight and within days of taking your pulse.
A touch of color in all this chaos: the chance to meet a very interesting and good bar with live music located, 98 Concept Bar, although it is no wonder the band playing, can escape by few hours of city chaos.

hype was recently inaugurated and saucer, so I knew at the time, opened without being completely finished (the urban dimension is usable but above an installation is about to end ...), but at least appears to be yielding the desired result ... that if , has also received much criticism, so I would like to know from people who has seen his opinion. Chongqing, a city between two rivers

If one thing differentiates Chongqing in many other cities in China is that their capital is an internal sea of
par excellence (imag01) and therefore allows us to escape from there to see the country p
or waterway! that's what we found in many agencies near the port
passengers, with maps (imag02)
showing the wonders of nature
them during this trip, the stretch of the Yellow River between the capital and the city of Yichang, which lasts three days and therefore could not do it, though a
of the things I wanted as it leaves near the big dam.
I have recorded that the scenery is really beautiful, and photos of other friends that if they have.

The spring of these boats is in the center (imag03) and also the new opera house in the city (imag04) one of the most visited areas of the city to be there also the museum of urbanism and history, and the large square in front of the two rivers, where most of the neighbors come to fly their kites (imag05) without certainly a most curious about to know this great city will surely incomprehensible, which is worth seeing some of its banks (imag06).

the adventure of each day ...

An interesting reflection on each day of Benedetti found the other day here. Indeed, a very interesting blog.

This morning I woke up excited
with everything I have to do
before the clock rang.

I have responsibilities to fulfill today. I am important.
My job is to choose what kind of day I will have.

Today I can complain because the weather is rainy
or I can be thankful that the grass is getting watered.

Today I can feel sad because I have no money
or I can be happy that I push my finances
to plan my purchases wisely.

Today I can grumble about my health
or I can rejoice that I am alive.

Today I can lament over all
what my parents gave me when I was growing
or I can feel grateful that they allowed me to be born.

Today I can mourn because roses have thorns
or I can celebrate that thorns have roses.

Today I can self-pity for not having many friends
or excited and I can embark on the adventure of discovering new relationships.

Today I can whine because I have to go to work
or I can shout for joy because I have a job.

Today I can whine because I have to go to school
or I can open my mind strongly
and fill
new and rich knowledge.

Today I can murmur dejectedly because I have to do housework
or I can feel honored because I have a roof over my mind and body.

Today the day is presented to me waiting for me to give way and here I am, I am the sculptor.
What happens now depends on me, I get to choose what kind of day I will have.

Have a great day ... unless you have other plans. This could be the day kind of a world traveler, or of anyone in the world!

So now these three days I'm visiting a chaotic city in central China, and I also see the Three Gorges Dam! actually responsible for this vast conurbation.
